Blizzard and Valve fight over the name DOTA! Who do you think should win?

Valve

Valve gave more support; they are building the engine for DotA 2 along with IceFrog.
While Blizzard didn’t do much support other than releasing patches for WC3.
True that Blizzard’s WC3 is the engine that runs DotA all the time, but from my view, Blizzard isn’t treating DotA well. Valve deserves it more.

Wait, are we talking about Blizzard’s DOTA here?
If that s the case, it s obvious that Valve will win.
Why? Because every DotA players alive knows that the official continuation of (IceFrog’s) DotA is DotA 2 by Valve. We all love IceFrog’s DotA.
Maybe Blizzard’s DOTA will get some players just like HoN LoL etc. But that won’t be as much as DotA 2.
